New beginnings
I've cast on the front half of Sweater NO. 8a. The yarn is Phildar Quiétude color Noir. Really nice yarn, it knits up fast and has a nice sheen. The pattern is from Phildar Homme attitude autumn/winter 04/05. I changed the pattern a bit. The stitch I suppose to use is "valse patent steek" (I don't know the english name for it), but when I made a swatch I made a mistake and the ribpattern lined up differently on both sides. Cornel liked it better than the swatch I made corrently in a different color. It's a bit flatter but it looks great.
